Overall great experience. The sales process was quick and painless. We were very pleased with the packages available with Ryan Homes. Are there a few things we would’ve done differently if we had options? Yes, but we also wouldn’t have built a new home if we had to pick every single detail. Ryan Homes took the stress out of building. We knew what we were getting and were involved with every step. The overall quality is very good, and we’re extraordinarily pleased! Josh was a fantastic sales rep and Pete was a great project manager. Last but not least, Jennifer handled the paperwork for closing and was absolutely fantastic! Everyone worked very well together to accomplish the goal - even through the global pandemic. My only complaint through the entire process was with NVR Mortgage - worth the mention, but it didn’t affect my 5 star rating for Ryan Homes. It could’ve just been the sales rep I had, but I didn’t trust her at all and she used fear tactic sales and wouldn’t take no for an answer; which I cannot stand. I went with my lender and the close went through perfectly fine. Great work to the whole team and thank you all for all the support and help!

Overall had a good experience. We ran into a bunch of issues as the building process went on, but that was expected and they were all addressed and fixed immediately. Josh and Pete were great to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns. Couldn’t be happier with them! Some things could have been done better with the home ie: they used a primer and paint in one, and didn’t actually prime it, then paint... so now we have the drywall peeling off with the paint on the walls... but again this was expected being a Ryan home. We didn’t have the best experience with NVR Mortgage- our sales rep was just unresponsive, would tell us one thing and then say another the next minute.... needless to say we had to deal with her manager bc we couldn’t trust what she was doing. However this didn’t have a negative impact on Ryan homes for us. Again, overall good experience and very happy with our home!

We recently just moved into our Ryan Homes a little over a week ago. The entire process was SO easy. Josh the sales representative was so informative and easy to work with right from the beginning. Josh made sure all our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Dave was a great project manager and sent us weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening and when.Dave was great in letting us see our house whenever we wanted. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. The team at Westwood Estates truly cares about their customers and provides amazing customer service throughout the whole process and even after!
